VPNCF provides network acceleration services for cross-border access, access to international websites, and improved connection quality. The service covers 120+ countries / 170+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Current route availability, regional groups, client compatibility, and connection methods are determined by the user panel.
Routes may change due to maintenance, capacity scheduling, network conditions, or upstream infrastructure adjustments. Without changing the basic benefits of an existing subscription, VPNCF may make necessary changes to route entry points, regional categories, connection parameters, and client instructions. Users should obtain current subscription configurations from the user panel and should not rely on expired or unverified configuration files.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, traffic usage, orders, and configuration downloads made through their account. If credentials appear compromised or unauthorized activity occurs, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
An active subscription can be configured and used on any number of the account holder's own devices. This benefit is intended for personal, cross-platform use and does not permit public sharing, resale, rental, bulk distribution, or provision of the account, password, or subscription configuration as part of another service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration leaks, and account risks caused by credential sharing.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should choose a suitable plan and complete payment after confirming the order details.
Acceptable Use and Compliance
When using VPNCF, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region, and must independently determine whether their network activities meet local requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' legal rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, interfere with network facilities, commit fraud, or evade legally effective administrative measures.
Users may not use automated methods to abnormally consume route resources or carry out sustained attacks, scans, bulk requests, or resource abuse that affects other users' connections. Users are solely responsible for content, transactions, account penalties, and third-party disputes arising from their own conduct, as well as the related consequences.
Availability and Liability
VPNCF works to maintain service operation through route maintenance, capacity scheduling, and client compatibility updates. However, cross-border connections are affected by local networks, destination services, device systems, carrier policies, and temporary maintenance. Connection performance may vary by time, location, and route, while access to a particular website, application, or type of content may also depend on its own policies.
When conditions permit, VPNCF will announce planned maintenance through site notices or the user panel. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses caused by uncontrollable infrastructure failures, public network issues, changes to destination services, device configuration errors, or violations of these terms by the user. Users should keep important configurations and business materials backed up and prepare a reasonable alternative connection for critical work.
Account Termination and Changes
In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale, public distribution of configurations, malicious consumption of route resources, interference with service operation, false order information, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNCF may restrict features, suspend connections, or terminate an account according to the level of risk. To challenge a possible error, users may submit relevant order and issue details through a user panel ticket.
VPNCF may revise these terms due to legal requirements or changes to its service structure or operating rules. Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be updated accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced on the site or shown in the user panel. Continued use of the service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The scope and process for refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.
