Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VPNCF handles necessary data when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Data is processed only for clear purposes and limited periods, including service delivery, account maintenance, order fulfillment, troubleshooting, and essential obligations.
Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to the VPNCF marketing website, user panel, client subscription delivery, and related support processes. When visiting other websites or using third-party payment pages, those providers handle data under their own policies. VPNCF cannot control information collected independently by third parties.
This service processes only the data needed for clearly defined functions and does not build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the service. Internal access is assigned according to work requirements. Once a processing purpose is complete, relevant data is deleted, de-identified, or restricted as described in this policy.
Data Collected and Its Uses
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Account data is used for authentication, maintaining login status, delivering subscriptions, security checks, and support requests initiated by users. Passwords are processed in the form needed for verification and are never displayed as readable text.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment channel, amount, creation and completion status, and records needed for refunds or disputes. This information is used to verify entitlements, handle billing, and respond to support tickets. When Alipay, WeChat, or USDT is used, the payment process is also subject to the rules of the relevant payment provider.
The website may process analytics such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, and error information to check page operation, detect abnormal requests, and improve compatibility. Analytics are preferably used in aggregated or de-identified form and are not used to record specific browsing content.
No-Logs and Connection Data
VPNCF follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain request content, message bodies, search content, or specific page history, or create access profiles based on such information.
To measure traffic, schedule routes, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse, the system may process account status, the selected service route, connection times, traffic usage, and technical error information within the minimum necessary scope. These operational data are not used to reconstruct browsing content. Temporary fault records are deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting or security incident handling is complete. Aggregated usage records needed for orders and account entitlements are retained for the duration of the service relationship and necessary billing periods.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save language preferences, interface state, login sessions, and security verification results. This data keeps page settings in place, reduces repeated logins, and supports normal operation of the user panel. It is not used to store content from websites accessed by users.
Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, language preferences and login status may reset, requiring the relevant actions to be completed again. Restricting necessary storage may prevent the user panel, plan selection, or client retrieval process from working normally.
Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments made through Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are handled by the relevant service providers or transaction networks. VPNCF receives the payment result, order identifier, and status information needed to complete an order, but does not require users to submit complete account details managed by third-party payment services on this site.
Third-party payment services may retain data independently for transaction processing, risk control, or compliance requirements. Before entering a payment page, users should review the relevant provider’s privacy notice. VPNCF uses payment results only to activate subscriptions, verify orders, process refunds, and maintain billing records.
Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is generally retained while the account remains active. After an account is closed, data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Records related to incomplete orders, refunds, disputes, security incidents, or necessary legal obligations are retained until the relevant matter or retention duty ends. Analytics are retained only to the extent and for the period needed for analysis and security purposes.
Users can submit a support ticket in the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account control may need to be verified before a request is processed. If some records cannot yet be deleted because of an incomplete transaction, dispute handling, or a necessary retention obligation, the ticket response will explain the applicable scope. Deletion or de-identification will proceed once the restriction ends.
This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date at the top. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will receive prominent notice through the website or user panel. Users are encouraged to review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
