SUPPORT / CONTACT

VPNCF Contact Support

Connection troubleshooting, subscription status, payment checks and refund questions are handled through support tickets. Issue details and follow-up replies are kept together for continuous troubleshooting.

CONTACT CHANNELS

Support Channels and When to Use Them

Support tickets are the preferred option. They retain your device platform, route name, symptoms and troubleshooting history, making them better suited to technical issues requiring multiple checks.

Recommended Channel

User Panel Support Tickets

Use this channel for connection failures, inaccessible webpages, unusual speeds, subscription update errors, payment checks, plan changes and refund questions. Include your platform, selected route, steps that triggered the issue and any message shown on screen. For connection issues, also report what happened after trying other routes.

Tickets are handled in submission order. Reproducible issues are usually easier to assess. Payment checks and multi-step network troubleshooting may require additional information before work can continue; no fixed response time is promised.

EMAIL

Email

Email is suitable for detailed issue reports, documents or matters where you need to retain an external correspondence record. No public email channel is currently available; do not send account or payment information to addresses not displayed on this site.

For service issues, use a support ticket in the user panel instead. Tickets are linked to your current account, reducing the need to repeatedly explain your subscription status.

TELEGRAM

Telegram

Telegram is suitable for brief questions and status checks. No public Telegram channel is currently available. Accounts not listed on this site are not official VPNCF support channels.

Submit connection troubleshooting, plan changes, payment and refund matters through a support ticket so the complete handling record is preserved.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

Prepare Before Submitting a Ticket

Connection and Route Issues

Specify whether you use Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux, and note the selected region, route type and exact symptoms. First try another route in the same region, then confirm whether the issue affects one route or all routes. If only one website or app is inaccessible, mention that separately in your ticket.

Subscription and Client Issues

Explain whether the issue occurs while obtaining a subscription, importing it into a client, updating the subscription or establishing a connection, and include the exact message shown by the page or client. Do not submit passwords, payment passcodes or complete subscription URLs. Obtain the client and subscription from the user panel rather than using static installation links.

Payment and Refund Issues

Supported payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For a payment status check, include the selected plan and payment method in your ticket, along with the order details visible in the user panel. VPNCF supports 30-day refunds without requiring a reason; submit refund questions through a support ticket as well.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Account Access and Information Protection

Registration requirements No email address is required; a username and password are enough. Keep your login details safe. To check subscriptions, orders or ticket progress, sign in through the user panel on this site.

VPNCF will not request your account password through undisclosed email addresses or Telegram accounts. For orders, subscriptions and refunds, rely on the status shown in the user panel and the support ticket record.
